Echoes

I have lots of things around me that remind me of this sweet girl:#1- Walks through "the woods"
#2-This lady and her 3 towheaded children

#3- Bardo's bright eyes as I read to him Danny the Dinosaur, a book Stacy "read" to me over and over again as a two year old

#4-Pippi's sweetness with her younger siblings reminds me of scenes like this:
#5- Whenever Bardo "helps" me in the kitchen this memory gives me hope:
And more things too...but Noel's demanding me to entertain her, just like Stacy used to do.

Thanks for sharing--I have echoes as well!

Very sweet. Your kids are all clones with slighty varying shades of red in their hair.

I'll never forget the last time I spent with Stacy on my mission. She was "repaying" Pippi for some candy that she had eaten and she so very sweetly convinced Pippi to share the candy with her. She chased after squirrels in an effort to befriend them and was all smiles and hugs when you first arrived.

What a blessing it is to have three children who resemble their precious sister in so many ways. Caroline hands and feet are a match to Sarah's. If I am correct, Stacy would have celebrated her 9th birthday on the 16th. I hope this day brought back tender memories and love for you. I am so grateful for your example of a mother who joyfully carries on with faith in God's plan.

Thanks for letting all of us read about the blessing your little girl was and is. I remember you telling me about her the first time when I ran into you at church when we were both in BYU wards. I have always thought her name is gorgeous (I'm not even going to attempt to spell it right now) and I also think the nickname Stacy is so adorable. Your subject is so fitting for how you expressed your feelings. Your dad told me a church one time about your wonderful writing and he's right!

Beautiful. I love the photos and especially of the peeling potatoes and the walk in the woods.

Thanks for sharing her with me then and now. I love your memories. I'm so glad that you stopped and we got to talk about Stacy on her birthday.

I love your family!!!

Remember the paninis after we went sledding with Gail? She loved Rachel Ray!
