This is the year my life is going to change. I mean it this time. And I'm going to change my life with one simple New Year's Resolution. This year (drum roll please)--I am determined to form new habits by setting realistic goals and focusing on one thing at a time. Got it?
My first new habit is to be in bed, asleep by 10:00 pm every night. I'll give you an update in thirty days. This new goal is going to change my life. Watch.
