Today I am grateful for Boo's artistic endeavors which led us to visit a friend. She also taped a portrait of Hunter (the dog) right where he could see it. I am grateful that I got to bake snickerdoodles with Boo. I just gave her her own dough to shape and roll in cinnamon and I kept dough for myself so I could make a few perfect cookies, too. Boo's cookies turned out great. I guess it doesn't matter if you mash them into the pan.
I'm grateful Tiff's back from vacay. Life's easier when we carpool.
I'm grateful Pippi dumped her backpack. Her writing delights me, and I saw a lot of it as I picked up her notebooks and papers off the floor. I felt as though I was in her head for a moment.
