So we have a new rule: No Rollerskating in the house...especially with a tennis racket.
Rollerskates are allowed on the driveway and the lawn.
I just wanted to clarify...
Last week Pippi was SO difficult to get out the door. It took me four days to realize that the problem was that she was getting dressed and then immediately putting rollerskates on.

That is hilarious. I have this image of Pippi brushing her teeth with rollar skates on. It makes me smile!
The image I had in my head of this is Pippi as an illustration in a children's book. Something like Eloise.
Oh how I wish you'd captured that image before you banned rollerskate-wearing from the house!
Living with Pippi is not far from living in an Eloise book. She would be excellent picture book material. One time I met an artist in the library, and he said that he would love to paint her. I think she was wearing denim skirt, striped tights, and a princess crown at the time.
Well, I'm glad she likes the rollerskates so much. I had no clue they would contribute to a tardiness problem.
