While on a walk in Montana, Pippi, Bardo, and I passed 3 beautiful horses. They saw us admiring them and quickly trotted over in hopes of getting a treat. Pippi fell in love. She started begging for a horse. I recited the reasons we were not able to accomodate this desire. She started begging to just ride a horse. So I told my mom about it. And she knew some people. And Pippi received a part of her hearts desire.

what a sweet picture. I'm sure you could accomodate a horse if you really wanted to.. I mean, you've already got a warlock, a bardo, pippi and a furry four-legged creature... what's one more??
She's so brave! I've only been riding a couple of times, in college, and I was terrified.
Is there more to come about your Montana adventures?
Very cute. Little girls and horses are so cute. My sister begged and begged for a horse when she was growing up, and then started to sell cookies to raise money for one. Eventually, she got 1 and then another and then another and is now a very accomplished rider. So who knows, maybe her persistence will pay off one day. :)
Pippi looks very comfortable up there. She's lucky to have a grandma who knows the right people. I can see Pip being like citymama's sister and make her dream come true through her own hard work and force of will.
Cute pictures. I love the new blog design!
I'm so glad my girls just wanted a dog! Pippi is sure an adventurous spirit! June thought she wanted to ride a horse until we were invited by the neighbors and when she saw how enormous a horse really was, she chickened out.
That was a fun day. I can't believe how she climbed on that horse without a moment's hesitation.
