Aggression
Friday afternoons are such a relief because there's NO homework. This is STILL a favorite aggression release. And hooray for friends to play with on a Friday afternoon.

Play dough is probably a great aggression release! The more you pound it the more fun it is!
Thursday is going to be my day for aggression release this week, Hurray for Utah Education Conference AND Fall Break!!!
