Boo!
As in, that's who she reminds me of right: Boo from Monsters, Inc. She toddles about babbling in her bubbly way. Sometimes her babbles are intelligible, but most of the time she may as well be speaking Japanese...er...well, you know. It is very clear she thinks she is communicating in full sentences and speech. Now and again, we'll even understand her.
And another note for my saintly mother: Noel takes after her side of the family. She looks just like the OKC crew. I see a lot of Granddad in her, and that's something I haven't seen in any other kid.

We agree, she's as cute as ever! Does she have the granddad tooth gap? Now that's how you tell for sure.
