3 Key Habits I Need to Work On

Forget New Years resolutions; I need monthly resolutions.
1. Do Not Eat Sugar. Ever.
2. Follow my 9 pm scripture reading schedule. (It works.  My life is awesome when I do it at this time.  It makes me powerful.)
3.  Go to bed at 10.

I think I need a sticker chart.

Reading makes a huge differenc to me. I feel more upbeat, not so easily annoyed, I seem to feel better about myself and the day.

I was going to suggest a treat as motivation but that kind of defeats number one...

Sticker charts work best if there is a reward at the end. Treat yourself after a month of consistent reading, etc.!....Just not with sugar :)
