As of today, my diet is officially over.
Actually, it's not over so much as I'm going to increase my calories and change my eating habits a bit to account for the fact that I'm running something like 25 miles a week and I'm otherwise working out like mad. It's a new phase - I expect to "trim up" a couple of pounds over the next months, but I no longer consider myself to be dieting. I am now happy where I am. I'm going to tone up a bit with some weightlifting, but I don't think I need to lose anything more if I don't want to.
Total weight loss: 60 pounds.

Nice job, Warlock!!
Congrats! That is quite an accomplishment!
Mission Accomplished! Good Job Nick!
Check it out! Your chin and your collar bones have reappeared. You look great, and it's been incredible to see you come alive like this. You operate well when you set a goal and share it with others.
Awesome. Very inspiring!
Oh, and I just noticed that a little manscaping has occurred. That's good for another 3 or 4 oz.
By employing a highly-trained, quasi-cultural staff of personal alterational specialists...and with his competitively-priced on-site cosmetic surgery, Nick, you've turned that Frankenstein you see in the mirror every morning into a Franken-fine!
Congrats bro!
I loved reading your plan of action! It is so Warlock! Even though you did poke fun at Idaho!
Congratulations, Nick!
Great job Nick!
Congrats Nick! Looking good man. I wish I had what it takes to lose that kind of weight. Those chest hairs are going to itch like a mother when they grow back though! :)
Good for you, Nick! It isn't easy to change eating and exercising habits long term and you have done that. You look great - ten years younger! You've inspired me. Thanks for sharing the journey.
Way to go, Warlock! I've been impressed by your self-discipline. Also, it was quite the privilege to be driving by and see you tear your shirt off Hulk Hogan-style on your run last Saturday.
You look like you are going to hurl in the "before" picture. But overall, pretty amazing job. I can't believe how much (and how fast) you are running. Nice work.
By the way, how did the wardrobe do? Do your old suits just hang on you like drapes now? Were you able to alter things or did you have to buy new everything?
I'm in the process of buying new clothes. Most of the old ones have been/are being thrown or given away. I am keeping a few shirts. I am also going to keep one pair of pants just for show. I got one new suit and can get another two tailored (I think).
